All customers are different and therefore their servicing requirements will vary by product, department, office and workload.
A standard agreement will not meet all requirements for all equipment all of the time. We believe that each customer should have the opportunity to create their own individual service package that will take into account all areas of their business.

We offer Maintenance Contract (AMC) to our clients. Annual Maintenance Contracts involve Preventive maintenance to ensure products conform to the performance & quality parameters.
We have dedicated team of professionally trained Service Engineers and technicians who take care a range of contracts for Audio Visual Systems, Copiers, MFDs, Printers, Projectors, Smart Classes, DR Scanners, CCTV’s etc.
Gitanjli Systems have complete series of AMC’s that fulfill your requirements.
C&M (Carry and Materials)
Call charges at actuals. Cost of Spares & Consumables extra as per actuals. They get billed separately.
ASA (Annual Service Agreement)
Covers any no. of service calls required during the year. Minimum 4 calls/annum. Cost of Spares & Consumables extra as per actuals. They get billed separately.
SSMA (Spare and Service Maintenance Agreement)
Covers any no. of service call during the year. Covers all spares as well but does not cover consumables. They get billed separately.
FSMA (Full Service Maintenance Agreement)
Covers any no. of service calls required. Covers all Spares & Consumables like Toner & Drum Cartridge as well. It gets billed monthly and is charged on per copy basis.

VBSA (Volume Based Service Agreement)
Covers any no. of service calls required. Covers all Spares & Consumables like toner & Drum Cartridge as well. The billing is done on annual basis or fixed no. of copies, whichever is earlier.
